Craft Cocktail Menu

Brooke will work with the client to craft the perfect cocktail menu that highlights and accentuates the environment of the bar and/or restaurant.

Your custom menu will feature:

  • Includes 12 Cocktail Variations
  • Pricing of each cocktail includes the cost & labor that goes into each drink–making it a guaranteed profit-maker for your business
  • Cocktails designed to reflect the feel and theme of the business
  • Completion of menu is based on the Owner’s opinions and suggestions, as requested
  • Additional cost applies for extra drinks added to the menu

Bar Selection & Pricing

  • Works with local distributors to create accounts for business
  • Selects Wine, Beer & Liquor for establishment
  • Before completion of purchase, Brooke will consult with business on the chosen items
  • Helps business navigate profit margins and cost analysis
  • Creates binder with distributor information, cost, profit margins, and how to place future orders once business is open
  • Contact Brooke for further explanation and examples

Consulting Fee

For help above and beyond the discussed scope of work, we charge an hourly consulting fee. The consulting fee goes into effect when asked to attend any extra meetings or working with employees during business hours. This does NOT apply to consult calls.
